Marketing is the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion, and distribution of goods.  A marketing strategy is composed of several interrelated components called the marketing mix.  The Marketing mix consists of data to a series of product and customer related matters.

  • Product features uniquely targeting this market

Pricing is a quantitative expression of the value of the product to the customer.

Pricing should be designed like a feature consistent with the use of the product.

  • Channel –  direct, wholesale or retail channels best moves and delivers the product and its benefits to the selected market.
  • The message that states the purpose and benefits of the product in the market and how it competes
  • Direct,   indirect or through others
  • Product, showing customers  how it can be useful, and persuading them to buy

The actual selling process breaks down into two components called the decision making unit (DMU) and the decision making process (DMP). The DMU) consists of all of the people who will play a role in the decision to purchase a product. The marketing mix program must understand the needs of each of these individuals and find a way to communicate the marketing message to each of them.  These people are typically identified as:

Buyer – the person who actually pays.

Decider – the person or group that actually says this is the product we want.

Influencer – who helps the decider decide – example the press. 

The people included in the decision making unit (DMU) interact to make the purchasing decision. The (DMP) is a description of this interaction.  By understanding this process a salesperson can best understand who, how, and when to work on getting the customer order.

Organizational Priorities

Personal development includes activities that improve identity, develop talents and potential  of an individual.  It  facilitates employability, enhance quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams, goals  and aspirations. The concept is not limited to self-help but includes formal and informal activities for developing  colleagues. In addition to technical skills, effective learning  depend heavily on reading and writing proficiency. While many classes at present  use audio and video to deliver course materials, still most communications  from  instructors  are  in writing. Furthermore, when I  do not understand something, I must not hesitate to ask my instructor for clarification. In the event I am in the dark, it is easy to fall behind in my  work.

The skills that need to succeed in professional practice are professional skills.  These range from highly specific ones  to more general ones. Professional skills develop over the  time and are continuously improve through study and research.  I need to improve  on my  assertiveness skills  which  provides practical guidance  to develop my  skills for a range of workplace situations and  confidence building. I  will   have to gain the tools and techniques to boost my  confidence and build my  self-esteem.

I need to improve my time management  to learn  techniques for mastering time. The learning to be included presentations and discussion to introduce the concepts of time mastery and practical exercises and syndicate work to develop my personal time management skills  .After  completing my education I hope to return back to my country and  start a Beauty Salon on my own.

Abstract

This study investigates cyber crimes, and its impact on teenagers which has become a significant phenomenon within the last two decades. People become victims   of fraud, defamation or harassment online everyday in all four corners of the world. This research focuses its attention specifically on the impact on teenagers who are active Internet users.   A   cross sectional interviews were   conducted with  School  teachers, students and parents  in order to  collect  data. The  analysis of data and information  whether the  teenagers  are more likely to be exposed to cyber crimes than older age groups and  delves into what kinds of risk factors are associated with the exposure to cyber  crime among teenagers. In fact, an exclusive research was  conducted to find out relevant materials for the  project  from relevant books, newspaper articles, magazines, journals  and  websites for  identifying issues, data processing and analysis. It also collected data of   relevant cases occurred in United Kingdom, India and Sri Lanka in the recent past.  The results show that teenagers are more likely to be victims of cyber crimes even when other factors were adjusted for. These findings highlight the significance of understanding both psychological risk factors, patterns of risky online behavior and draw the attention of law makers to impose strict regulations  to fight against cyber crimes specifically against  teenagers. To put into its context the objective of the report is based on the findings in this research analytically discuss the  solutions for the contemporary issues.
