  • Participating management meeting, operation meeting and procurement committee meetings.
  • Introduce new suppliers for the organization.
  • Handling  purchasing.
  • Responsible for all purchasing items and the cost Provide up to date reports to the management.
  • Ensure the cheapest price and best quality goods
  • Overall day to day administration functions in the company.
  • Prepare monthly project status reports for management.
  • Prepare monthly KPI for the Staffs and sending to management accountant
  • Provide direction and responds to actions in timely manner including in absence of management
  • Motivate, support and guide team members when necessary
