PESTLE analysis

PESTLE  analysis is  a concept in marketing principles.  This concept is utilized as a tool by  companies  all over the World to  track the  atmosphere  they are working  and planning  to business dealings. It denotes P for political E for Economics, S for Social T for Technological L for Legal and E for environmental.  It provides a bird’s eye view  from  different angles   to keep a track of  business plan.  When applying this  concept to practice at HFS  it is necessary to consider the  following points.

  • Economic factors prevailing in the country
  • Culture of the country and its impact on the market
  • Likely technological inventions  can be  propped up and affect the market
  • Environmental  impact on the industry

All these aspects  are important to HFS as well as to any industry or business. This framework represents  strategic management   for HFS to follow and they affect HFS’ goals and plans. Political factors determine  the extent to  the Government influence  on economy and industry. HFS  is  affected in  Political factors such as  tax, fiscal policy, trade tariffs etc. Economic factors can  directly influence  HFS  activities,  such as,   inflation rate and interest rate.  It would  affect the purchasing power of consumer and change demand and  supply.,  Foreign  exchange rates  can affect the operations of HFS. Social factos  scrutinize  the social environment. Technlogical  innovations   may affect the operation of HFS. Legal factors have both  external and internal impact.
