Yet one theory will not fit for all organizations and therefore, each organization must adapt certain items that can positively affect them. This document presents leading practices in implementing process of telecommunication tower required by the XXXX PLC to its diversification program.  It is intended for the higher management, Engineers, Site Acquisition Consultants, Planners and Design and Construction personal. Objective of the process is to minimize   roadblocks and resistances and ensuring for implementing the project and evaluation, prioritizing, planning, testing and reviving in a controlled and consistent manner.
