Three Months Action Plan

 

Within the first three months of  my  tenure, I will devote   my full time to implement following three areas   and I will motivate  Human Resources Department  staff to  take appropriate action in  following areas with the  due approval from the Management.

3.1 RFS  should develop good working condition. Such environmental  facilitates employees to  carry out their duties  effectively.

3.2 RFS  should develop good relationship among employees through which, Job satisfaction of employees is enhanced. 

3.3 RFS  should induce employees to perform well andthis can be achieved by providing reward, motivations, and other benefits etc.

I have identified  in my research areas where improvement and  development is necessary in order to   make a overall progress  in RFS.

·         Employees’ loyalty to the organization to be improved.

·         Employees’ pride in their working place to be  established.

·         Employees’ confidence on the job and the work place to be  created.

·         Employees’ trust on their supervisors and organization to be developed.

·         Employees’ skills should have been utilized properly.

·         Required trainings should have been given to employees.

·         Jobs should have been involved enjoyment and less fatigue.

·         Employees should have been given regular feedback.

·         Employees should have been provided opportunity for personal growth.

·         Employees should have been given autonomy and responsibility in the job..

·         Employees should have been given opportunity for freedom in decision making.

·         Employees should have been provided an opportunity to be accountable.

·         Employees should have been provided a formal recognition.

·         Employees should have been provided a l recognition.

·         Jobs should have been designed properly for greater job satisfaction.

·         Employees should have been provided visual and auditory facilities.

·         Entertainment and educational events should have been arranged for employees.

·         Employees should have been provided privileges and facilities.

·         Opportunity to cross trainings are arranged in the organization

·         Flexibility of jobs is arranged

·         Scope for better job scheduling is provided
