Seetha Amman Temple is located approximately 1 kilo meter from Nuwara Eliya  in the village called “Seetha Eliya”. This location  is believed to be the place where Seetha held captive by the king Ravana in the Lanka of the epic, Ramayana.  It is a  picturesque  Kovil  and  surrounding   area  is full of green trees, creepers flowers and fruits.
