Royal Milk ( Biscuits ) Journey around the country
Proposal for Variety entertainment ” Road Shows”
Main target of having the above mentioned Royal Milk ( Biscuits ) ” Journey around the Country ” mobile musical shows is to awaken the taste and properties of the Royal biscuits and Royal Milk among the people and to increase the demand of Royal products.
02. Mobile vehicle which is created in an attractive manner with a musical group (wearing printed Royal trademark T-shirts and caps ) Road Shows will be held near crowded places such as market places, Schools, Bus stands and main junctions. People will be enlightened about the Royal products and a person is selected among the spectators and he or she will be given the opportunity to sing a song, or a poem or perform a dance and presented him/her with a gift with the compliments of Royal House. You can provide a vehicle containing Royal milk and another van containing Royal biscuits. Then consumers will have the opportunity to enjoy the musical show live and drink a glass of Royal milk and purchase Royal biscuits for a discounted price. There will be a children’s program also included in this Road Show. Roughly the timings are 10.30 a.m. show, 2.30 p.m. show and shows from 7.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. We can discuss these timings with your organization and can be changed according to your wishes. There will be three shows per day and it would be 90 shows for a month.
03. These Road Shows will be held in Colombo District, from Colombo 01 to Combo 15 and Kosgama until Kalutara.
Basic requirements for this variety entertainment shows will be as follows;
1. Mobile Vehicle ( for Musical Group and Loud Speakers) ELP 300 or 350 Lorry ( To decorate this Lorry Photographs with Royal Trade mark, Decorating materials, Light bulbs and Art works )
2. Musical Group and Loud Speakers
3. Announcers and Artists ( a van for transport )
4. Meals for all mentioned above.

It will incur about Rs. 30,000/- per day and the expenses can be reduced in the event you can provide the Lorry and Van.
