Starting a new business is a challenge in contemporary competitive business world.  Most difficult part is finding required capital. In the event capital is available, other obstacles also there to overcome. There is no customer base for a new venture and also no brand name for a new business. Therefore, it is crucial to   convincing potential customers about the products and services the new company has to offer. The other thing is new start up business will have to compete with the giants in the relevant field.

In order to face these challenges   what is required is a professional and dedicated team.   Even though People are educated and knowledgeable it is no use if they are not excellent team players who work in a team spirit     and   take efforts to reach the set target.  So it is decisive to   recruit team players, dedicated employees with commitment.

Potential employees should have the integrity and discipline.  They must have a vision in life and better to have people who are    satisfied with their personal life too. It is necessary to avoid people with much personal problems.  People are in debt are also   in mental stress and they cannot dedicate themselves to the task at hand.

Employees must be willing to face challenges   and they must be extremely honest and these qualities of employees are necessary to develop a business. Employees must be willing to go extra mile in order to satisfy the customer.

Competency and skills are necessary to carry out the duties and   all employees must be given on the job training and also customer satisfaction strategies. The expenses incurred on staff training are an investment.

It is necessary to listen to the team members each and every one and   value their ideas and suggestions. It is good to request from employees who are involved in the business to give ideas for growth and in the event there are   beneficial ideas are coming those ideas   must be rewarded. They are the people who have practical experience to give feedback to the management to   take corrective steps.

It is critical to understand each and everyone in the team and   to know their personality, character and ideals in order   to achieve a common goal.  With the understanding   it is possible to achieve goals in unity.  There is immense   power and energy in unity.   Two heads are better than one. Leader must be able to give example to the team members and then they will follow the leader.
