 On the 5th of March 0000 I entered into Japan through Narita Airport on three months visa and my passport No. was M000000.

 I was engaged in a business, purchasing vehicles from auctions and sending them to Sri Lanka while I was doing an another job on part-time basis. On or around 27th June 0000 when I was in the area  of Rakabe on business matter, I was detected by immigration and Emigration officers and  sent back to Sri Lanka on the 5th July 0000.

 After that I duly applied for Visa again and on my passport No. N000000 when I was trying to enter into Japan through Kansai Airport, Immigration and Emigration officer did not allow me to enter into Japan. I was sent back to Sri Lanka on the 7th October 0000.

 Now I am a businessman and I do not want employment in Japan. I went to Japan for the purpose of purchasing sowing machines, water pumps, tractors and  agricultural equipment which are necessary for paddy cultivation in Sri Lanka. At present after decades f war situation, there is development in paddy cultivation in Sri Lanka and there is high demand for this type of agricultural machinery. If we import the above mentioned machinery form Japan through middlemen, we have to pay heavy duties and taxes.

 As such in order to purchase above items from Japan and bring them to Sri Lanka, please consider my request  favourably and allow me to enter into Japan.
