Letter to Visa Officer

I the undersigned  is an Executive Director of the  Royal Enterprises which is a reputed Manpower  Consultancy  in Colombo Sri Lanka.  Royal  Enterprises is a family business and  my father is the Chairman  of this Company and   a copy of the labour license issued by the  Foreign  Employment Bureau is attached  herewith for your kind perusal. As the Executive Director of  Royal  Enterprises  I am   in-charge of the Manpower division.

I have attached  Company  bank statements, Foreign Currency Remittance Slips and letter given by the  bank in order to prove my financial   a capabilities. I have also attached herewith the  Business Registration certificate issued by the  Department of  Company Registrar.

I studied   at the AAA  College,  BBBB Campus    on a student visa issued by your good-self and  I am grateful for granting me the opportunity to study in your  country  which is reputed for  higher education. Subsequent to the successfully completion of my education  I returned back to Sri Lanka  to join in with my  family business.

My eleder sister AAAAA   who is a  citizen of your country and lives   with his husband and  daughter.   Objective  of my visit is to  see my  elder sister and her daughter and  in order to fulfill a family visit and a brief reunion.

I am financially sound  and   my father has  property in Sri Lanka   part of which will be inherited by me  in the due course  and I have  enclosed  the title deeds of   my  father’s property in order to prove  that  I am  financially  off the ground and I have no  any intention of  staying in your country.

I   would like to mention here that  my visit visa  application  on 18th June 2012 Under Nos. T/ 321525  was rejected on the ground that  I have not  forwarded  adequate  evidecne for my financial   status.

I have never violated  the rules and regulations of  your country  and  I   assure you that  I will abide by them in the future too. In the event I am issued  a visit  visa by your good-self  I assure you that I will return back  to Sri Lanka  before the expiry date of my visa.

I shall be very much thankful to you if you could kindly  grant me a Visit visa for   fourteen  (14)  days in order to visit my sister on humanitarian grounds.
