Dear Sir,

 Chauffeur Tourist Guides Course  – Three Months

 I have been selected to follow a Chauffeur Tourist Guides Course  conducted   by Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management at No.78, Galle Road, Colombo – 03  a subsidiary of Ceylon Tourist Board.  I have been interviewed and  informed  me at the interview   that  the course  would be commenced from mid  September 2013.  Duration   of the course will be three months.

Therefore Sir, I kindly request you to  grant me only evening shifts during this three months period in order for me to  follow this  course.
