Explanation Letter

Residing ………………. in Sri Lanka …………………….. my mother  on  …….. had applied for a tourist visa for 6 months. You have rejected  this visa application  and I  admit your right  for rejection of visa  and I have no any intention whatsoever to challenge that decision.

However,   in connection on the presumption based,   I am  extremely regretted and  surprised.  Disappointingly I   refuse your decision.

In  clarifying your   decision, you  had stated that  you have no trust  that  after 5 months my mother  would  be leaved your county. Therefore, I believe,   it is my right and  I consider it is essential to   submit some clarifications.

There is no doubt that  you can  understand, she has stated in her  visa application that  all expenses and responsibilities are borne  by me.

I  arrived  your country  on………… legally. Regarding nearly 10 years period  from  the  above mentioned date, I would like to submit following facts.

1. I have successfully  completed  Degree Course from…….. to…..  and  and   MSC course  from …… to…..at …………….. University  and I was able to gain  exceptional results (  Relevant  documents are enclosed herewith )

5. On………………. I have received my PR. (  Relevant  documents are enclosed herewith )
6. I hope to  apply for  citizenship  by ……………. this Year 2017.

I have lived in your country as a  law-abiding citizen.  Under these circumstances, on  my total sponsorship, my mother’s arrival  for a short  time duration, you have no trust that she  will  return  back to Sri Lanka. This   is insulation for my honesty and integrity.

In addition you have focused your attention on her revenue  and  you have questioned  regarding fulfilling my mother’s requirements by me.  I would like to submit following clarifications.

1 My parents have dedicated  their lives on behalf of me from my childhood  and   fulfilling their requirements is  my obligation.
2 My parents are legally divorced,  but  as before  with my brother living in the same house  together and   my mother’s expenses and  and common expenses in the house are borne by my father.
3. I have heard that in proof of income,   incorrect  information and documents are   submitted  and also   from certain institutes  which are  assisting to  obtain visa also    provide such  wrong evidences and documents.

However   I submitted only  correct and honest  documents  on behalf of my mother.  I consider it is  significant to preserve my honesty  and integrity.

Further  I am well aware that even though  her  tour  period was mentioned as 5 months  or 2 weeks, normally you issue visa for  6 months period. But I expected to  keep her for 5 months.   I mentioned it   honestly. ( She lived in a free  atmosphere for 59 years in Sri Lanka.   I am aware that it is not easy to keep her  for even 5 months in  a small apartment in a  flat.)

I believed that my mother will be given visa at the  first instance and I have  already arrived in Sri Lanka.   I have to return back on the the  15th of this month.

I have  joined new employment at ………….. from the  …………….,  and as it is inappropriate  to obtain leaves till about 3 months and I decided to  apply for  visa  for  5 months   to accompany my mother back to Sri Lanka.

Therefore, finally  I kindly request you to consider the above facts and  take necessary steps to  grant visa for my mother  for a short visit.  In order to  dispel your doubt , I am prepared to  enter into any legal  bond.

Also I kindly request you to enlighten me  to  re-apply or  any other  procedure which is available to me in this regard.
