This provision shall not be applicable to any liability arising on death and personal injury or restriction is prohibited by law as a result of fraud.

We will not be responsible for any consequences which may arise on any delay or failure by your side.

Fees and Invoicing

We quote assignment basis including all the charges and to be paid at the last working day of each and every month. The agreed fee will be revised after one year as reasonable.

In the event we provide any other services other than this assignment, are payable upon the presentation of Invoice.

Subject to “ Your Responsibility” section above, neither you nor we shall be able in any way for failure in performing our obligation under this assignment due to causes beyond the control of the parties.
